What is the initial commitment?
Both residency options begin with a six-month commitment. After the initial term, your residency continues month to month until canceled with at least 30 days’ written notice.
Can I divide my monthly hours?
The Studio Practice includes four hours that may be reserved together or divided across multiple visits. The Residency includes one private 60-minute reservation each month.
What happens to unused hours?
Unused time may be banked for future use. The Residency allows up to three banked hours, while The Studio Practice allows up to six. Banked time is subject to studio availability, has no cash value, and is forfeited when the residency ends.
Can I host a workshop or event?
Residency time may be used for private studio sessions and small gatherings that follow the standard reservation guidelines. Ticketed events, paid-registration programs, catered gatherings, pop-ups, and larger events require prior approval, a separate event agreement, and additional fees.
Depending on the nature of the activity, the Studio may require proof of appropriate liability or professional insurance before approving the reservation.
How many people can attend my session?
A standard residency reservation may include up to eight people total, including the resident. Larger groups require written approval and may involve an additional fee.
Can I reschedule a reservation?
Yes. Please provide at least 48 hours’ written notice when requesting a change. All rescheduled and banked time remains subject to availability and the applicable rollover limit.
What happens after six months?
Your residency automatically continues month to month after the initial six-month term. You may cancel after that term by providing at least 30 days’ written notice.
Will my founding rate ever increase?
Your founding monthly rate remains protected for as long as your residency stays continuously active. If you cancel and later return, the current rate at that time will apply.
How much does additional studio time cost?
Residency members may reserve additional time for $99 per hour. Studio Practice members receive a preferred rate of $89 per hour. Additional hours are subject to availability and billed separately.
Is sales tax included in the listed price?
No. Applicable Florida sales tax will be added during enrollment.
When will I be charged?
After your application is approved, you will receive a private enrollment link for your selected residency. Your first recurring monthly payment is collected when you complete enrollment.
