Event Description
Flow & Gather was created as a space where movement and creativity meet.
In a world that often asks us to move quickly, these monthly gatherings offer a softer rhythm—an invitation to step away from the demands of daily life and return to yourself through intentional practices and shared experiences.
This month, we’ll begin with a grounding, all-levels vinyasa yoga flow designed to help you settle into your body, release tension, and create space mentally and physically. From there, we’ll transition into a pressed flower experience where you’ll create your own keepsake using delicate botanicals and natural textures.
No experience is needed—either on the mat or in crafting.
Come solo, bring a friend, or use this as a monthly ritual to reconnect with yourself and others.
Part yoga practice, part sensory ritual, part gathering—this is an invitation to exhale, be cared for, and celebrate yourself in the company of other mothers.
A little movement.
A little beauty.
A little space to breathe.
Who is it for
For anyone seeking a little more intention, creativity, and connection in their week.
Whether you’re craving movement, meaningful community, a creative outlet, or simply an evening that feels restorative, this experience is designed to meet you where you are.
Perfect for:
- Individuals looking for intentional connection
- Beginners and experienced yogis alike
- Creatives and curious minds
- Those wanting to slow down and reconnect
- Anyone looking for a monthly ritual of self-care and gathering
Why now?
As summer begins to unfold and routines naturally start to shift, this season invites a softer pace.
Longer days often bring more movement and activity, making it easy to move from one thing to the next without pause. This month’s combination of yoga and pressed florals offers something different: a moment to slow down, create with your hands, and reconnect with what feels grounding.
A chance to step away from doing and spend an evening simply being.
