Event Description
Motherhood gives so much. This afternoon is designed to pour something back in.
Mother Muse is a softly curated experience where movement, ritual, and celebration come together. We’ll begin with a 45-minute all-levels yoga flow to ground, open, and reconnect with the body, followed by a guided essential oil blending experience where you’ll create your own custom roller to take home.
Afterward, linger over mom-osas and light refreshments in community.
Part yoga practice, part sensory ritual, part gathering—this is an invitation to exhale, be cared for, and celebrate yourself in the company of other mothers.
A little movement.
A little beauty.
A little space to breathe.
Who is it for
For mothers in every season—and for daughters who want to share a meaningful experience with the women who have nurtured them.
Come on your own for a restorative afternoon, bring a friend, or make it a Mother’s Day outing shared between mother and daughter.
Whether you’re in the thick of raising littles, honoring your own mother, or simply longing for a pause devoted to care and connection, this gathering is for you.
All levels welcome. No prior yoga experience needed.
Why now?
Just before Mother’s Day, this is a moment to turn some of the care you give outward back toward yourself.
Spring carries its own energy of blooming and renewal, making it a beautiful time to gather, soften, and receive.
