Event Description
Together, we will step away from pressure, comparison, and hustle, and create space to listen for what God is doing in this season of your life.
Through prayer, Scripture, journaling, and guided reflection, we will release self-driven goals and discern the next faithful steps God is inviting us into—rooted in peace, obedience, and trust. This is not about doing more.
It’s about surrendering more.
Who is it for
This retreat is for anyone longing for:
• Alignment instead of striving
• Peace instead of pressure
• A life conformed to God’s will rather than personal ambition
You do not need to have everything figured out.
You only need a willing heart.
Please note:
This retreat is openly and intentionally Christ-centered. While all are welcome, the content, language, and guidance are rooted in Christian faith and Scripture.
Why now?
So much of goal setting is driven by urgency—by fear of falling behind or needing to prove something. This retreat offers a different rhythm.
Now is the moment to pause, surrender, and ask not “What should I accomplish?” but “Lord, what are You inviting me into?” When we slow down and listen, clarity emerges—not as pressure, but as peace.

Erin Kolenda
Erin began her career as a movement mentor in 2000 in the form of personal training. In 2004 she moved out to Los Angeles, CA and kicked off an 8 year journey as a personal trainer to the stars and an aerobic instructor at Equinox Gym in West Hollywood. Equinox gym is where she first began practicing yoga in 2004 and it completely transformed her inner and outer worlds, rescuing her from depression and addiction. Yoga taught Erin to go deeper, to look beyond the surface, and that we can create anything we choose.
In 2009–2011, Erin attended New York’s Institute for Integrative Nutrition to achieve her certification as a Holistic Health Coach. It was during this time that she began to work 1-1 and in groups with women all over the world, to help them succeed at creating a body and life they love.
Erin has a passion for travel and adventure and has followed that passion. She moved to Australia in 2011 for 3 years, and dedicated all of herself to her business as a movement mentor, meditation and spiritual teacher, and Life Coach.
Some of the other countries Erin has spent time in are India, Peru, Indonesia, and Thailand.
She loves and enjoys the opportunity to bring yoga philosophy into her coaching and her coaching philosophy into her yoga classes. She looks for unique and creative ways to inspire her students and clients by taking them to their edges inside and out, inviting them to explore greater possibilities for their bodies, minds, and lives.
Erin also runs international yoga retreats and enjoys taking a new group each year to a beautiful new country to unwind, calm the body and mind, to reset and refocus on nature and well-being.
