What to Expect
This evening unfolds slowly, inviting your body and mind to soften. You’ll begin with 30 minutes of gentle yoga—a grounding practice that releases tension and encourages mindful movement.
As you settle into stillness, you’ll be guided through a 30 miute restorative sound bath, allowing vibration and tone to wash over you, soothing the nervous system and quieting the mind.
For those who wish, Reiki will be offered to support energetic balance and inner harmony.
The evening concludes in candlelit calm—a moment to simply be, breathe, and receive.

What is Gentle Yoga?

What is soundbath?
An immersive experience of healing vibrations. Crystal bowls and other instruments create sound frequencies that calm the nervous system, release stress, and invite deep relaxation for both you and your baby.
What is reiki?
A soothing energy practice that restores balance and harmony within. Through light touch or hovering hands, Reiki supports emotional ease, relaxation, and energetic alignment—helping you feel replenished and more at peace.

Callie has been a doula for over twelve years and a certified yoga instructor for five. She is also trained in Reiki healing (levels I & II) and focuses her work on maternal and women’s health. A mother of two—Coralline (14) and Zen (5)—she brings both professional expertise and lived experience into her practice. At home, Callie and her husband tend a small backyard farm where they raise animals and grow food. Deeply connected to the natural world, she believes that nature is our greatest teacher and guide.

Katie is a postpartum doula and certified sound healer, devoted to supporting women through nourishment of the mind, body, and spirit. Her passion for the birth space began with the transformative homebirth of her son three years ago. Since then, she has dedicated herself to creating spaces of healing through sound, touch, and compassionate care—helping mothers feel held, restored, and empowered in their journey.
