Event Description
Tender Flow is a softly guided yoga and soundbath practice created for mothers in the early season of motherhood.
With your baby held close in a carrier throughout the class, you’ll move through slow, mindful sequences designed to support postpartum recovery, nervous system regulation, and grounded strength. The rhythm is intentional and unhurried—honoring the reality of motherhood while creating space for your own restoration.
The practice concludes with calming sound bowls, allowing gentle vibrations to settle both you and your little one into shared stillness.
This is not about perfect poses.
It’s about presence.
About moving together.
About being held while you hold.
Who is it for
For mothers with babies under one year old who are comfortable babywearing for the duration of class.
All babies must remain secured in carrier throughout the practice. This allows for a smooth, connected flow and ensures a grounded, supported environment for all participants.
No prior yoga experience is required.
Why now?
The early months of motherhood can feel beautiful and overstimulating at the same time. Carving out intentional space to regulate your body—while your baby rests against you—creates a foundation of calm that carries into your week.
This is care woven into connection.
