Description

Event Description

Held in Stillness is a gentle yoga practice that invites you to move slowly and mindfully, honoring your body exactly as it is—without force, expectation, or urgency.

Through supportive postures, breath awareness, and intentional pauses, we create space for ease, release, and renewal. The practice concludes with a soothing sound bowl experience, allowing the vibrations to settle the nervous system and guide you into a state of deep rest.

This is not about achieving a pose or pushing your limits. It’s about softening, listening, and allowing yourself to be supported—physically, mentally, and energetically.

You’ll leave feeling grounded, gently restored, and more at home in yourself.

Who is it for

This class is for anyone seeking a slower, more nurturing yoga experience. Ideal for all levels, including those new to yoga, returning after a break, expecting mothers or simply craving a practice that prioritizes rest, nervous system regulation, and presence.

Why now?

Modern life rarely invites us to slow down. This monthly practice offers a rhythmic pause—an intentional moment to reset, recalibrate, and return to yourself.

By gathering consistently, you create space for ongoing restoration rather than waiting until burnout demands it. This is care that’s preventative, not reactive.
